1.) CyberLake Mall Vendors are responsible for their own products and services they sell. Vendors and Buyers agree to hold harmless CyberLake Network Services for any losses that result from purchasing or selling products through CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall. 2.) Vendors and/or Buyers use CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall at their own risk. 3.) CyberLake Network Services does not necessarily support, endorse, nor has previous knowledge of products being sold through CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall. 4.) CyberLake Network Services can not and will not support any warranties expressed or implied by its Vendors. Vendors are reponsible for their goods and services as well as any warranties expressed or implied. 5.) Buyers agree to deal with the Vendors they have purchased items from. In the event you are unable to reach a Vendor, please contact mall@cyberlake.com. Mall administration will attempt to facilitate contact for you, however it is ultimately the Buyers responsibility to contact the Vendors directly. 6.) Objects of obscene nature or questionable appropriateness are expressly forbidden from sale on CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall. If in doubt please contact CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall at mall@cyberlake.com. 7.) In the event of a dispute between CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall vendor an buyer, the vendor will ultimately be responsible for resolving the dispute. Vendor and buyer agree to hold CyberLake Network Services and CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall harmless from any loss. 8.) In the event that an object for sale does not meet for approval by CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall adminstration. Mall adminstration staff will have the final say. 9.) In the event that a Vendor or Buyer breaks with the terms and conditions listed above, they will be banned from selling products or purchasing products through CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall. 10.) Buyers agree to pay Vendors for the items they request to purchase. In the event you need a refund or wish to cancel a purchase e-mail mall@cyberlake.com immediately. 11.) Abuse of CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall services will result in the termination of your use of this site. Buyers/Vendors agree to these terms and will not hamper, cause loss of service or attempt to use this service once banned or asked to leave this site. Further buyer agrees to pay any and all costs related in restoring service to others, and loss of profits from service denial. 12.) By using this site you are consenting to the terms and conditions set forth above. Vendors are also bound by the terms and conditions set forth in their contracts with CyberLake Network Services - CyberLake Mall.
