All products produced through CyberLake Network Services unless otherwise specified in writing are owned by CyberLake Network Services and can not be copied, reproduced or altered without prior written consent.

In the event the purchasee for whatever reason is not satisfied or has a disagreement with a product or service provided by CyberLake Network Services they must first contact CyberLake Network Services by e-mail at:

All payment for services rendered by CyberLake Network Services is due and payable by the due date on your invoice. Late payments will be subject to $20 late payment fee. In the event an invoice is not paid the purchasee of said products will be held liable for all business costs, attorneys fees and court costs regardless of outcome resulting from any legal action taken.

CyberLake Network Services and its affiliates is not responsible nor can it be held liable for any errors, omissions or harm resulting from customer supplied text, hyperlinks or images.

CyberLake Network Services can not guaruntee or ensure that Web pages designed through CNS will display properly on another service providers Web site. However, CNS will make every effort possible to create user and Web site friendly pages.
